Refunds & Returns Policy

At Kool Shops we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase but we know in the real world things can go wrong and as they say in the classics, “You can’t keep everybody happy all the time”.
Be that as it may we are very careful to only select suppliers who are known for their integrity and their quality products but mistakes happen and on the rare occasion that they do we will always be here to help.
So if you buy a product from Koolshops.com and it is broken, defective or not what was represented on the Koolshops.com website you may return it within 7 days for a full refund provided that:

  • You immediately contact us by email at returns@koolshops.com with a summary of the product you purchased and what is wrong with it
  • The product has not been used or worn
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with any tags attached

Once we receive your email one of our customer service people will contact you with instructions on returning the product. We should also point out that you may be responsible for the postage/transport cost of the item.

Your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days following receipt and assessment of the item(s) for return. Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear back in your account.
