The new SPM HD shock pulse method is specific to the high frequencies generated by bearing defects, even bearings running at as low as 1.0 rpm, giving a very early warning of both the mechanical and lubrication film thickness condition. The long lead time enables cost effective scheduling of maintenance repairs and minimising plant downtime.
